Director of Finance and Administration
Based in Birmingham
RoSPA is one of the world’s leading health and safety organisations with a mission to save lives and reduce injuries.
As Director of Finance and Administration you will have day-to-day functional responsibility for the Finance, IT, HR and Facilities departments and should therefore be a qualified accountant with strong financial, strategic and managerial skills.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for preparing operating budgets and providing reports to Trustees and Senior Management. A key feature of this role will be to recruit, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all staff within the Division as well as managing the Society’s working capital. You will also ensure that all HR policies and procedures meet legal requirements and achieve best practice.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise rapidly are essential. You will be required to manage complex IT and operations projects.
