IOSH Managing Safely

Safety Representatives (Employee Consultation)

By appointing safety/employee representatives and setting up a safety committee, employers can meet their legal duty to consult with employees on matters relating to health and safety at work. QSA Approved Auditor course

The course covers the skills and practices of effective safety auditing, including knowledge and understanding of HSG65, experience of auditing safety management systems and competence in the implementation of the QSA system. The course also trains delegates on the use of ORBIT, RoSPA’s new audit software, which is designed to facilitate quick and efficient auditing and reporting upon return to the workplace.	Who should attend? Professionals in a position to perform an audit of their organisation’s safety management systems. Some knowledge and/or experience of health and safety is required.
