RoADTest Training Solution Guide Matrix
The below matrix can be used as a guide to determine how many days of training an individual would expect to receive to satisfactorily complete and pass the RoADTest qualification.
It must be stressed that this matrix is as the name suggests, a guide. Each driver is purely unique and will have different needs to complete this programme. The guide is based on many years of experience delivering the RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders Test to drivers driving on company business. The RoADTest qualification demands a greater depth of motoring knowledge and therefore additional study time is required. To accommodate the diverse range of driver abilities, knowledge and experience, a degree of flexibility has been built into the programme.
The matrix is easy to use and managers determining how much training an individual will require can select the most appropriate previous experience statement and track how much training would be required.
