Who should attend? Supervisors and line managers who are responsible for implementing safe systems of work. What will the delegate bring back to the workplace? ● Delegates will understand their roles and responsibilities in safety management ● An understanding of how to apply risk assessment principles in practice ● The ability to recognise the importance of effectively supervising young workers ● An understanding of the principles of accident investigation and reporting in accordance with legislation ● The skills to apply proactive monitoring techniques within their area of responsibility All delegates who successfully complete the course will be awarded a RoSPA certificate of training. |
